Registration Information - Fall 2025
We are an all-volunteer run organization serving over 1000 kids in East Chula Vista. Having enough volunteer support is a critical aspect of our organization operating successfully. If you are interested in supporting the Region as Coach, Assistant Coach, Team Parent, Referee or Board Member, we would love to have your support! HOW TO REGISTER YOUR PLAYER FOR THE SEASON
- Complete the online registration application for the Fall Core 2025 season - Click on the Register Now button to begin
- Make your payment online.
- If your player is new to AYSO, we require a Birth Certificate or Passport to verify proof of age. Note: Your player will not be placed on a team until the player’s birth date has been verified.
SEASON FEE INFORMATION:
- Division Price: $130
- AYSO National Fee $25 (covers the Fall 2025/Spring 2026 season)
- Sibling Discount (if applicable) $30
- Late Fee added (added July 15th) $20
- Service Fee: $3.50

- Player Assessments and Mandatory Parent Meetings: Saturday, July 12th @ Voyager Park - Players will be assessed for skill level while a parent meeting will be held at the same time. The event will be from 8am-5pm and times will be assigned to each division as follows:
6UG and 6UB (8-9am)
7UG and 7UB (9-10am)
8UG and 8UB (10-11am)
10UG (11-12pm)
BREAK (12-1pm)
14UG + 14UB (1-2pm)
12UG (2-3pm)
12UB (3-4pm)
10UB (4-5pm)
- Your Coach (or Division Coordinator should one not be in place) will be in contact with you on Team Placement no later than August 1st. Please do not contact us to inquire about team placement before this date
- If you do not receive a call from your coach by Monday, August 4th, please contact the Division Coordinator for your child’s age group. Please include your child’s name and birth year in the correspondence.
- Practice day, time, frequency and location are held at the Coach's discretion. You will need to wait until your child is placed on a team and the coach contacts you to find out this information. Coaches may practice at any of our AYSO permitted parks that are located throughout East Chula Vista (exact park locations tbd). Teams typically practice 1-2 times per week. This is a huge benefit to being the Coach of a team- YOU get to pick! We need coaches- if interested, please register today or reach out to us at [email protected] if you have questions.
- Scrimmage Day (10U Only): Sunday, August 24
- First Game of the Season: Saturday, September 6
- Bye Week: Saturday, September 27
- Last Game of the Season: Saturday, November 15
- Picture Day: Saturday, September 13
