An in-person Registration / Birth Date Verification Event has been scheduled for Friday, August 12, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the AYSO Region 116 Storrfront:

AYSO 116 Storefront (next to Subway)
The Shops at San Miguel Ranch

Chula Vista, CA 91914

If you haven't already attended a Registration / Birth Date Verification Event, then you will need to bring an original Bith Certificate or passport to verify your child's birth date.
